Kan Biosys, an agri-biotech firm recognised by DSIR, has launched two new product lines aimed at improving crop nutrition and sustainable farming.
Agri-biotech firm Kan Biosys has launched two product lines – an imported series of speciality fertiliser and indigenously developed neem-based solutions.
Under the ROFA (Real Optimised Fertiliser Application) brand, Kan Biosys has unveiled 12 high-performance water-soluble fertilisers. These imported products, developed in collaboration with De Sangosse, France, are specially formulated to deliver precision nutrition across a variety of climatic conditions and cropping systems, the company said in a statement.
Complementing the ROFA launch, Kan Biosys also introduced three advanced neem-based products, developed in-house using traditional Indian knowledge and cutting-edge research. These residue-free solutions aim to reduce chemical load in farming while promoting plant health and safety, the company said.
Sandeepa Kanitkar, Managing Director of Kan Biosys and President of BASAI, said, “While ROFA means Real Optimised Fertilizer Application, to me, ‘R’ stands for Respect for our farmers. With ROFA, we bring the best of French technology to Indian soil.”
B.T. Gore, Founder & CEO of Farm DSS Agritech Pvt Ltd, said, “ROFA is a game-changer in nutrient delivery, especially through foliar applications. It brings precision and efficiency together.”
With over 20 years of innovation, Kan Biosys, a DSIR-recognised organisation, continues to lead the way with patented microbial solutions for enhancing soil health, improving crop nutrition, and promoting sustainable farming practices. The company has a global footprint across the USA, Europe, and Australia.
